warranty & returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns or returns for personal reasons, items must be unused and in their original condition. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Used items are not eligible for a refund. Depending on the payment method and transaction amount, payment processing fees may also be deducted from the refund.
If you discover any defects with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For ceramics, if an item arrives damaged, please retain the item and take photos as evidence, then contact us.
We also provide affordable repair services exclusively for Shokunin Store customers. To request a repair, please provide your order number when contacting us.
