The occasion? A garden tool care workshop followed by a hands-on introduction to our handcrafted Japanese gardening tools and Japanese craftsmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What made the day even more special was that it also happened to be our wedding anniversary. Can&#8217;t wait to make chawanmushi \u8336\u7897\u84b8\u3057\u2014a savoury Japanese egg custard\u2014once it\u2019s ready to harvest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This small gesture reminded me of the deep cultural connections that can be shared through plants, food, and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gratitude and Reflections<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A heartfelt thank you to Cathy, Jo, Janine, Maree and Fiona for your wonderful support, and to everyone who joined us on the day.
